Trending Image Maker is developed and operated by Microters LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app to create AI-generated images using templates or an uploaded style reference.

Information We Process
Photos you select
When you use the app, you may select your own photo and, optionally, a separate style reference image. These images may contain faces or other personal information.
The app accesses the images you choose through your device’s file-selection interface. Selecting an image does not instruct the app to upload your entire photo library.
Generation instructions
We process your selected template, optional written instructions, and the information necessary to complete your image-generation request.
Saved images and preferences
The app stores image history and preferences locally on your device. History entries may include a generated image or its online URL, a title, the selected style, and the creation time.
Technical information
Our systems process information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service, such as request identifiers, timestamps, response status, processing duration, image format, and image size. Our hosting and API infrastructure may also process connection information, including IP addresses and server access logs.
If you contact support, we receive the information you include in your message.
How Image Generation Works
Image generation requires an internet connection and sends selected content outside your device.
Template mode
When you tap Generate, your photo, selected template, and optional instructions are sent to our backend. The backend submits the information needed for generation to Oxyy’s AI service.
Reference image mode
When you tap Generate in Reference mode, your own photo, style reference, and optional instructions are sent to our backend. The style reference is submitted for AI analysis to describe its visual style. That description and your own photo are then used to generate the resulting image.
Our generation instructions ask the model to preserve the recognizable appearance of the person in your own photo while applying the chosen style. Results may vary.
Only upload images that you have permission to use, including appropriate permission from other people shown in them.
Why We Use Information
We process information to:
Generate images using your chosen template or reference style.
Display generated results and support downloads.
Maintain your local image history and preferences.
Diagnose errors and operate the service.
Respond to support and privacy requests.
The core app does not require a user account. Its current implementation does not include third-party advertising or advertising-ID tracking.
Service Providers and External Processing
We use our backend infrastructure and Oxyy to deliver AI image-generation functionality. Oxyy may route requests to the model providers needed to fulfil a request.
Depending on the selected mode, these services receive your photo, style reference, written instructions, or a generated style description. Generated images may also be hosted by the service returning the result.
These services have their own processing, retention, and security practices.

Storage and Retention
On your device
Image history and preferences remain in local app storage until removed through the app or device controls, subject to operating-system storage and backup behaviour.
Some history entries store online image URLs. Those images may become unavailable if the hosting service removes them or the URLs expire.
During downloads
The Android save feature temporarily stores an image in the app’s cache before copying it to the location you select. The save process attempts to remove its temporary cache file after completion, cancellation, or a handled failure.
Images saved to Downloads or another selected folder remain there until you delete them separately.
On servers

Deleting local history does not automatically delete files you exported or information retained by external processing services.
Your Choices and Deletion Requests
You can:
Choose which photos and instructions to submit.
Avoid external AI processing by not submitting a generation request.
Delete individual entries from My Images.
Clear app storage using your device settings.
Delete exported images through your device’s file manager.

For a privacy request, include enough information to help us identify the relevant interaction, such as an approximate date or request identifier. Please do not send additional sensitive photos unless needed to resolve your request.
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. We will assess requests under applicable law and explain any limitations.
Device Access
The app uses internet access for image generation and retrieving results.
Your device’s selection interface lets you choose images for upload. The Android save interface lets you choose where an exported image is written.
Device settings control available permissions. Restricting access may prevent the affected feature from working.
Security
Our backend API communications use HTTPS. We limit operational logging to information needed to diagnose requests rather than intentionally logging complete uploaded photos or API credentials.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your device and consider the sensitivity of any images you submit.
Children’s Privacy
Trending Image Maker is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact info@microters.com so we can investigate and address the information we control.
International Processing
Our hosting and AI service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Applicable privacy protections and provider practices may differ between countries.
Updates to This Policy
We may revise this policy when the app or its data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
